Wow … I truly can never express the gratitude and profound thanks for the work that Victor and his wife and his team (especially Paul) have done to help me through this terrible period in my life. I was living with physical pain and very severe depression. And this husband and wife truly carried me through the clean up, removal, and the preparation necessary so that the exterminators could come in and help me with a bedbug problem that was for me very frightening and made me isolate myself even more for fear that I go to someone’s home or sit in their that a bedbug could find a new home. Their are not sufficient “stars” to rate them but it is the highest I can give. Please give them a call I can attest to their work and the job they have done for me.

Thanks so much for everything you have done over the last 6-7 months in working with us to clean up a hoarding situation You two are amazing to work with, as is your crew ( Collin , josh , and Dave)! I cannot say enough about Victor and Courtney. I had a sewer backup when the remnants of Ida hit us in September. Although I am luckier than many other people, it was still an extremely stressful event. Every remediation company was very overwhelmed. But Bio-One were unbelievably helpful, professional and caring. They worked with me, my insurance company and made sure that I felt comfortable during the whole process. Victor answered my many questions and even explained many things I forgot to ask! I had many companies get back to me, including one that promised me they would come clean. I took off that day and this unnamed company never showed. Bio-One was prompt and reliable. If they said they were calling me back, they called me back, if I had a question, they answered - they were a light during a stressful time. I recommend them to anyone needing their services! I selfishly hope I never have to use them in the future... but I am glad to know that if I need it, I have a reliable company to contact!

EXCELLENT Company - Very impressed with them!!! Trust worthy, easy to work with, reliable, understanding to our situation and also very knowledgeable even giving us tips on how to control a rodent situation and pointing out things that even the exterminator didn't see or advise. I would highly recommend this company!!

Bio One of Jersey Shore receives a well-earned 5 Star review from me. My elderly father was in need of a deep house cleaning that involved biohazards, and Victor and Courtney and their team were extremely responsive (at all times of day), not only non-judgmental but compassionate, were able to fit the job in immediately, and most importantly, were flexible and understanding in meeting the unreasonable demands and time restrictions placed on them by my father. They deserve 6 Stars for dealing with him in such a compassionate way. I will likely have to use their services again in the near future, and 100% would recommend them to anyone in a similar situation. My sincere gratitude and appreciation goes out to Bio One of Jersey Shore and their entire team for the very difficult and stressful work that they do.
