Our basement flooded from the heavy rains in New Jersey. Not only did Victor answer immediately, he was at my home within the hour with equipment to get the water out. He brought in fans and dehumidifier for the moisture as well. Victor was in and out of my home all weekend adjusting the fans to ensure optimum dry out. The following week he was there multiple times, readjusting the equipment and testing the moisture level to ensure no mold came from the flood.     Victor and Courtney Russomanno are the owners of Bio-One located in the Jersey Shore area. Victor grew up at the shore and graduated from JW University in Rhode Island with a degree in Hotel Restaurant Management. Courtney summered at the shore throughout her childhood and attended Rutgers University where she studied criminal justice and psychology. Victor’s years of service experience and expertise, along with Courtney’s background and training are shown when they, with their team, help in restoring their clients’ properties to their original condition in a professional and caring manner. They have a true passion for serving and helping others. Victor and Courtney have a son and two daughters and are active with charities such as Special Olympics, March of Dimes, the Pediatric Hydrocephalus Foundation, and others throughout their community.

    We had an elderly neighbor in our community. She didn't have any family and we wanted to help her out. We knew she had a hoarding issue. We got her to talk to someone and then we thought it would be nice to all chip in and have her house cleaned. I have never done this something like this before so I didn't know if it was hazardous or not . I decided to do some research and reach out to this business. From start to finish this was a professional and enjoyable experience. Obviously these were not normal circumstances and they made us feel completely at ease. The job itself was immaculate. I couldn't believe what a difference it was. If you ever run into a situation where you need something cleaned up of any nature ,call them! It took me quite some time to write this review so I thought I would let you know since then our neighbor is happily living back in her home and doing much better.
