I cannot say enough about Victor and Courtney. I had a sewer backup when the remnants of Ida hit us in September. Although I am luckier than many other people, it was still an extremely stressful event. Every remediation company was very overwhelmed. But Bio-One were unbelievably helpful, professional and caring. They worked with me, my insurance company and made sure that I felt comfortable during the whole process. Victor answered my many questions and even explained many things I forgot to ask! I had many companies get back to me, including one that promised me they would come clean. I took off that day and this unnamed company never showed. Bio-One was prompt and reliable. If they said they were calling me back, they called me back, if I had a question, they answered - they were a light during a stressful time. I recommend them to anyone needing their services! I selfishly hope I never have to use them in the future... but I am glad to know that if I need it, I have a reliable company to contact!

Victor and his team were on time, extremely professional, courteous and attentive to details.

They were fast to come and started up the next day!! They cleaned up the house and did a wonderful job and they removed the mess. They were reliable and trustworthy. I highly recommend them!!!

They completed a job faster than i ever could’ve hoped for, went through everything with a fine toothed comb. Many things recovered that were thought long lost. Wow … I truly can never express the gratitude and profound thanks for the work that Victor and his wife and his team (especially Paul) have done to help me through this terrible period in my life. I was living with physical pain and very severe depression. And this husband and wife truly carried me through the clean up, removal, and the preparation necessary so that the exterminators could come in and help me with a bedbug problem that was for me very frightening and made me isolate myself even more for fear that I go to someone’s home or sit in their that a bedbug could find a new home. Their are not sufficient “stars” to rate them but it is the highest I can give. Please give them a call I can attest to their work and the job they have done for me.

Victor, Courtney and their crew were fantastic!!! Our basement flooded because of sump pump failure and there was a lot of damage. We were concerned about mold and called Bio One. They were here the same day and within three days the basement was empty, dry, treated and clean. We lost some sentimental items but Victor and Courtney helped us to save as much as possible. During such an emotional event, we were in good hands which made the process as painless as possible. They also work with the insurance company which was another blessing.

Bio-One Jersey Shore came in and literally saved the day! The superheroes of restoring your home back to cleanliness and functionality. My biggest compliments are to Courtney and Victor for understanding my situation, respecting my sentimental items, and being patient and kind through such a massive project. Their team truly went beyond my expectations.
