I work with people who have disabilities, recently one of the individuals we support needed a whole home cleaning. We had a lot of questions and Courtney was wonderful. The person was a little nervous about things being thrown away, broken, or lost. Courtney met us to see the house and do a walk through. She was so kind, reassuring, and genuinely cared about the person and situation. Her team was quick, thorough, and did a beautiful job. There was a miscommunication about getting a dumpster. Courtney and her team made sure it was handled right away. There is no judgement of the situation, just help and support from kind people. I highly recommend.

As a landlord I always need a good team to call after a tenant moves out. After one disaster tenant who left the place in less desirable condition, I had victor and Courtney at Bio One to come help out. They were fast and efficient and got my place ready for new tenants way faster than I expected. I originally I thought I would lose months due to the damage, but only lost a week! Highly recommend for clean ups and clear outs!

Hurricane IDA hit and cased a sewage back up in our complex. Bio-One was the first to respond and their team of professionals disinfectd and decontaminated our basement within 2 days !!!! Bio-One contacted us thought-out the process. In addition they worked directly with our home owners insurance company. I highly recommend them!

My elderly father was in need of a deep house cleaning that involved biohazards, and Victor and Courtney and their team were extremely responsive (at all times of day), not only non-judgmental but compassionate, were able to fit the job in immediately, and most importantly, were flexible and understanding in meeting the unreasonable demands and time restrictions placed on them by my father. They deserve 6 Stars for dealing with him in such a compassionate way. I will likely have to use their services again in the near future, and 100% would recommend them to anyone in a similar situation.
