I cannot say enough about Victor and Courtney. I had a sewer backup when the remnants of Ida hit us in September. Although I am luckier than many other people, it was still an extremely stressful event. Every remediation company was very overwhelmed. But Bio-One were unbelievably helpful, professional and caring. They worked with me, my insurance company and made sure that I felt comfortable during the whole process. Victor answered my many questions and even explained many things I forgot to ask! I had many companies get back to me, including one that promised me they would come clean. I took off that day and this unnamed company never showed. Bio-One was prompt and reliable. If they said they were calling me back, they called me back, if I had a question, they answered - they were a light during a stressful time. I recommend them to anyone needing their services! I selfishly hope I never have to use them in the future... but I am glad to know that if I need it, I have a reliable company to contact!

During the rainstorm that lasted 3 days my basement flooded.A friend recommended Bio-One. I called and spoke to Courtney and she got me on the schedule that day! Victor and his team were so professional, proficient and reassuring during a very stressful time. For over 4 days this team of experts worked in my home. A huge shout out to the Bio-One Team.

My house was in dire need of being cleaned out and gone through. Courtney and Victor were the most non-judgemental people I think I have ever met. They did the clean out while taking the time to treat things that I loved with care. I feel so free after all that true junk is gone! They really are caring and efficient. I work with people who have disabilities, recently one of the individuals we support needed a whole home cleaning. We had a lot of questions and Courtney was wonderful. The person was a little nervous about things being thrown away, broken, or lost. Courtney met us to see the house and do a walk through. She was so kind, reassuring, and genuinely cared about the person and situation. Her team was quick, thorough, and did a beautiful job. There was a miscommunication about getting a dumpster. Courtney and her team made sure it was handled right away. There is no judgement of the situation, just help and support from kind people. I highly recommend.

Our basement flooded from the heavy rains in New Jersey. Not only did Victor answer immediately, he was at my home within the hour with equipment to get the water out. He brought in fans and dehumidifier for the moisture as well. Victor was in and out of my home all weekend adjusting the fans to ensure optimum dry out. The following week he was there multiple times, readjusting the equipment and testing the moisture level to ensure no mold came from the flood. Victor and Courtney are the true professionals, HIGHLY RECOMMEND Bio-One!
